The Wise Company

I recently purchased boat seats and gear from Wise Company, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The quick release product I received was defective, with significant waviness and manufacturing defects. When I contacted Wise Company to address this issue, they admitted to being aware of the defect but blatantly ignored the need for a proper fix or recall. Instead, they suggested an alternative product as a workaround, which is utterly laughable and demonstrates their complete lack of care for customer satisfaction. It’s shocking to see such poor management and customer service from a company that is knowingly selling defective products to thousands of customers without taking responsibility. My time was wasted, and it’s clear that Wise Company does not value their customers

Open at 6am, about an hour to unload. Can park overnight, very quiet.
