The Wooden Door

Absolutely terrible experience with the wooden door. DO NOT USE THEM. We had our kitchen remodeled by them and our first meetings went fine and seemed like we were all on the same page. It was supposed to start late August but was pushed back until the second week of October. They guaranteed the project would be completed by December 3rd. We finally forced them to be out by February 9 and had to finish the project ourselves because we could not go without our kitchen any longer. The work they did was very poor quality. We had to get almost all of our own materials. Celeste, our designer, was out of office for the first 8 weeks of our project and we had no one to contact about the issues we had with the work being done. I had to basically manage the project on my own which was very stressfu

Outstanding experience start to finish. From the beginning the options and selections were great. Andrew in sales was very helpful and knowledgeable, and did a great workup of the design. Pricing was reasonable and very competitive with the big box stores. Lead times were WAY BETTER than the big box stores. Install subcontractors were extremely professional and experienced. All the work got done right on schedule. Minor issues were addressed immediately and the WD staff were always very responsive. The bottom line is, I can't recommend the Wooden Door highly enough for your next kitchen remodel.

We have had multiple great experiences with The Wooden Door. Andrew and his team are fantastic. They walk us through the design process and stay involved in the project from start to finish. Suppose there are any changes made or additional parts needed. In that case, they deliver promptly and provide an excellent service that you're not going to find at large box stores while still carrying competitive pricing. 5-star service

We are remodeling our bathroom and stopped at The Wooden Door to view their vanity cabinets. We met Andrew Schmidt, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided helpful suggestions. More importantly, there was no sales pressure to commit or purchase any vanity. He sent email(s) detailing the vanity dimensions, pricing. I highly recommend The Wooden Door to anyone planning new construction/remodeling of your bathroom or kitchen.

What I can said? There's no words to describe this business other than they have the best quality products,costumer service are totally fantastic, always on time.I've contact 2 diferent compaies before found The Wooden Door and to be honest I'm still waiting on them??? These people NEVER get back to me at all but thanks God they did that because this it's how I found the best kitchen cabinets company ever, the whole team since Andrew,Kara, the sales manager Ms,Deanna super!! And Do you imagine the same owner taking care of you? You got it right a young men Mr,Marshal went to our humble home and take care of us you don't see that very often. We are talking about the most expensive,luxury company in the whole Southwest Michigan and this men taking care of his costumers when he has a whole te
