I’ve never had anything custom built here, but I live in town and have stopped in twice to ask for help. The first time, I had about 20 sheets of plywood that needed multiple cuts per sheet. The second time, I needed several pieces of PVC pipe cut. Both times, the staff were extremely friendly and willing to help, even though this isn’t their primary business. They made the cuts I needed, saved me hours of work with less-capable tools, and the second time didn’t even charge me since it only took about five minutes. Their help was genuinely appreciated. Thank you.

I called he said he was coming into to town in 2-weeks and he would come by and go over what i wanted to do and he never did. He came into town to work on a friends kitchen and she reminded him I was waiting to hear from him and he still didn't call or come by.
