We called the right air-conditioning and heating company and they sent somebody out the same day within the hour. The technician Nick was incredibly professional and personable. He diagnosed our issues and came up with a plan and price that was reasonable. Nick was incredibly professional and respectful and completed his job with minimal noise while we had a baby sleeping. How they recommend these guys!

Eric got our whole system change out taken care of and looking sharp. Complete night and day from old setup to new. Came back and did a final walk and fine tuned the system. The install crew were awesome. The system, inside and out, is clean! Really smooth work. We figured out the best unit for what I needed and it was installed the next day along with adding a return and upsizing 2 other ducts. Really solid group of guys. Not a robot and I rarely leave reviews.

Of course, heater stopped working on one of the coldest mornings and on the weekend. Technician Brandon was at our house in about 30 minutes. He found the issue and had it fixed within an hour. We have used The Wright A/C and heating for a few years and have always had a positive experience from customer service to the technician. Keep up the good work!
