What a terrible employee that came next door to a vendor event to yell at the organizer for customers possibly parking in their parking lot. Not even the owner. Just some old man threatening to call the police when he couldn’t just asked nicely to have people move their cars. Meanwhile they are not even open on saturdays so it wasn’t like customers were deterred from coming. Employees were not impacted from the one car that was over there either. As a vendor that just got a new house, we were honestly looking into a landscaping company to help us get our yard up and looking great and they were recommended to us. But after than man came over yelling about calling the police over nothing… naw I’ll never even try to use them.

Yard Works have a hard working crew in Pin Oak Preserve weekly. They work 1/week all day long and all the lawns look nice. I trust they will accommodate your needs when asked because they want to do a good job.

the grass cut is always sloppy , with missed spots . they ALWAYS forget to blow the clippings off of the back concrete patio. would not recommend going to this company. i see your reply, that you will do everything to improve. well the blower cleanup on the back patio was missed once again

Driver of The Yard Works truck lic plate #PMQ4526 went left on the roundabout at Walker Rd and Belmar Blvd (Waterside Crossing entrance). Almost caused an accident due to not being able to follow the rules of the road. I would not hire a company that employs(owned by) people that condone driving left on roundabouts. They were lucky I saw them coming and backed up to not be in an accident that would’ve been their fault. I will be contacting the Waterside HOA in the near future to notify them of very poor driving in the neighborhood in a professional vehicle.

I have had the good fortune of living in a neighborhood serviced by Yard Works. They have provided excellent service throughout every season for the past eight years. If any problems have occurred, they have been responsive and taken appropriate actions to fix the problem ASAP. I have found their staff, from the president of the company to the guys riding the mowers, to be both professional and friendly, and ALWAYS willing to lend a helping hand. I would highly recommend this company.
