I went to Thelen on a reference from another company. My dad needed help with his fuel oil furnace and they where happy to help and give me advice. It is clear to me that this company cares about people.

Buyer beware, this company is ran by crooks, I was told labor was a certain amount, two technicians showed up, I was charged for both of their time. Then when I was hit by the bill, which was well over double what they quote me on, when I told them I only had about half, they threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn’t pay them right away. Absolute criminal
