Everything was explained to me very clearly and I appreciate the honesty. The technician wanted to find the exact issues so that I had the complete picture of what was going on with the system.

My experience with Therm Ayre was outstanding. Chris completed a diagnostic for our apartment's HVAC system when it stopped blowing cold air. After diagnosing the problem, Mike was able to track down the correct Evaporator Coil which was under warranty and have it shipped in. Given that it's a discontinued unit, there were only two available in the US but they made it happen. Chris then returned and finished the install quickly and efficiently. Their customer service was great and they made every effort to keep me advised on progress with the job. Thanks to the Therm Ayre team.

From the beginning these guys were seriously "cool" to work with! They set us with an appointment ASAP and have our office running again AND it was within 2 hours from arrival time. Highly recommend this local company, will call again if there is ever a problem. Thanks guys!!
