Thermal helped me out of a jam when my contractor’s plumber backed out on us last minute. Thermal was able to send someone over quickly and get my tub set so my home renovation project didn’t get behind. They did a great job and were excellent to communicate with. I will use them again in the future!

The professionalism, responsiveness, expertise, and customer friendliness of this company, from its owner to the service manager, Will, who serviced my boiler is very impressive. When compared to other companies I have used in the past, these people are absolutely awesome!

Melissa at the office was very friendly and informative with all that I needed to know. She was able me in with one of the guys the same day when I desperately needed help with my AC. Brandon and his other co worker cane out the same day within an hour and resolved the problem. Saved me a time and a lot of money because he knew exactly where to go first and what to check. He looked at my furnace and checked both of my filters. I only needed to change it and educated me of things to do to help me move forward and avoid any ongoing issues. I replaced my filters and I was able to get my AC back.up running again. He didn't charge me a penny for coming out to check. 😊 Thank
