John and his crew did a great job in a pinch. After my old furnace broke I spoke with a few companies to go over my options. Since the current unit was old (20+ years old), couldn’t operate as was, needed an expensive part, and I would have to wait for the part to come in, I decided to go with a new furnace. Called around and got a few quotes, but was getting jerked around by sales with obnoxiously high original prices. Eventually got in touch with John who was very upfront and didn’t give the sales runaround. Gave him my house details and John suggested a furnace that would accommodate my needs. We have been longtime clients of ThermalPros Heating and Cooling. They are fast to respond and correct our issues. Being Family Owned, they take pride in their work. In contrast we have reached out to other firms who have service personnel who actually focus on sales vs repair. It is sad that corporate America is buying up local businesses in this area.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I wish we could give ZERO stars, but one is the lowest, and even that is way too many. We were longtime customers of ThermalPros. Previously, we had left 2 five-star reviews (now deleted), the last after owner John Pilot had installed a new AC unit for the upstairs of our home in June of 2023 for $2500. We had used the company several times before, for more than 6 years, scheduling our service through Angela, at the office. We NEVER sought any kind of break, discount, or special favors, and happily paid our bill right on the spot. I own my own business and make it a point to be exactly the kind of easy-going, prompt-paying customer I’d like to have. I reached out to ThermalPros Heating & Cooling when my central air unit stopped working. They were at my house two days later with a brand new unit. Arrived on time, very professional and proficient. These guys did an amazing job, were respectful of the property and cleaned up after all the hard work. Definitely would recommend and use their services in the future.
