I would give them negative stars if I could for being a bunch of thieving liars!!! I recently purchased a truck and the APU was not functioning. I took it to this Thermo King location to have it diagnosed. I dropped it off late one afternoon so they didn't start working on it until the following day which is completely understandable. I then get a call the following day. The person who called me told me they found a lot of corroded cable and and said the unit needed a few inline fuses. He then proceeded to tell me that the APU cover had rusted out screws that needed to be drilled out with approximately 2 hours of labor just for that ($420)!! I know for a fact it doesn't take any longer than a few minutes to get something like that done. He then proceeds to tell me they directly wired the s

I get my seasonal rental reefers here, these guys are great to work with, have great rental rates, their service is 2nd to none! I'm glad I chose this company, I've built a great relationship with them, looking forward to a great future with their help,!

Good employee and best service

Got here at 10:00am and they were done with fixing our apu by 12pm. Went in to see why we were still waiting at 14:00 and they said they were waiting on our company. I contacted our company and they called thermo king. They got a different story than I did. They told our company that the lady who did billing was on lunch. Well it’s 14:45 and I guess she is still at lunch. Don’t understand why it’s taking close to 3 hours to get the bill and we are still waiting. I guess lunch is how ever long someone wants. I gave three stars due to the guy who fixed our apu was very nice and his job was done in two hours! Update: 15:07 and still waiting
