I will skip the broke down story but i can tell THEY ARE SUPER NICE PEOPLE. My trailer thermoking cooling cycle down, many error codes shop up on screen. I was knowing it is big issue need help and i got terrible time with fully frozen loaded truck. Then i was in cleveland area. I google this store and i called them.First i talk with Hanry he was super nice and he told me they will help me. I ask i will be late because time was 4.45pm they were closing 5.00 pm until monday. But he said AFTER HOURS eighter on FRIDAY. They changed a nightmare to calm day. When i arrived the shop they took me in after filling up to form it was fastest service i got ever in thermoking services less then 5 minutes. (I am 10 years refer driver) The tecnicians are good. This place is the best! I've been there several times and they always take care of me. They get me in, give me options, get me out. As an owner op, if I'm particularly broke, they'll tell me the cheapest way to fix my problem instead of putting the screws to me because I need my apu fixed. I've driven past, and will continue to drive past, other Thermo Kings to come here.

I went to have my APU diagnosed for not running. I expected it to be a circuit board. It turns out it was a lot simpler and they had it running in a short time. I asked while I was there if they could check out the setting, I've had this truck for two years and never get it to run like I knew it should the general manager came out and put all the settings where they should be as well as showed me and explained what all the settings did in the running of the APU. Id like to say thanks to all the employees at TK from the Young lady who wrote me up to the mechanic who made the repairs to the service manager and the general manager they all worked together to make be a very satisfied customer. Two weeks later and my APU has never run as well as it is now.
