I tried not to leave this review, but after almost 2 weeks I unfortunately have to. My AC stopped working on Sunday 8/17 and I called for service. Over the phone the technician said that since it's a weekend there would be a trip fee of $119 then their hourly service fee is $198. He then said if there is a part that is needed then there would be no service fee. So I agreed. It ended up being a fuse that needed to be replaced, but the tech said he needed to check a few other things first. Then when he finished he said showed me the bill and there was an additional charge of $99. I questioned it and he said because he had to check something there was a 30 minute service fee charge. So I just paid it to be done. After he left I went to my backyard deck with my 2 year old daughter and noticed

The gentleman that came today to my home to repair my heating system was very knowledgeable professional and well-mannered. They took the time and listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. As a senior citizen that worked in the trades to see two talented young men servicing the community was a pleasure to see.

Had an issue with the heater and called today and ThermoCool had someone in the area. They offer an annual package which I signed up for and Dylan, the technician, was able to quickly identify the issue and fix. Pricing was very reasonable for the annual plan and the quick service. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend ThermoCool. They are very prompt in getting back with their clients and setting up convenient appointments. Any issues that I've had they're quick to fix.

I had my HVAC system replaced with ThermoCool about a year ago and they did an excellent job. Chuck Huntsinger in particular has been amazing. Recently I had an issue with a gas like smell in my house. Chuck actually came out at 8 pm on a Friday night to assess the smell. Luckily it was not the HVAC system. It was an unrelated problem. I don’t know anyone who would have done what he did . Thank you, Chuck, for being the Best!!
