The customer service here was terrible. They shorted me 10 pics of trim, so when I returned to get them I was told I better have brought a big truck because they "didnt feel like turning on the air compressor and cutting them to size that were ordered in" . So I was given full length pieces I had to cut and call a friend with a bigger truck bed to come pick them up. Wont use these very rude guys again.

I’ve used Thermolite multiple times over the last year. They have replaced fogged double pane window glass, custom cut trapezoid windows, new simple understated sliding doors and custom replacement windows. I’m always happy to call Thermolite because of the wonderful service! (Mikael is always helpful, thorough and professional. Personal service I thought was long gone.)

I've purchased and installed several brands of replacement windows, Thermolite's are very nice and great value. I highly recommend them and have already ordered more...
