Parker and his installation team replaced my 21 year old Lennox heating and air conditioning system with a top of the line Lennox unit. They did an extremely professional job and had my home cooling again within one day. I was very impressed with the detailed recommendations they provided. Each option came in a different price range, allowing me to choose what best fit my needs and my budget. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. Jack was our Technician and we can not say enough how impressed we were with him. Polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We were having an issue with our system being stuck in idle. Jack not only repaired the problem, he explained why we were having the problem, and showed us how to fix it ourselves if it occurs again. Talk about customer service and preventative maintenance! Robert my technician, did an awesome job. Today was my free tuneup and he made sure everything was cooling and heating perfectly. My mini split was a problem today because of lots of debris from a room remodel and now pouring out that cool air
