Called to get septic system pumped out and the lady who answered phone was very polite and set an appointment for me. Jerry came out this morning and handled it quickly, I am very happy with the service I received from the whole team, I will use Thigpen again in the future

They are fair and just with their pricing. They are also really kind down to earth people that you would love to meet. This company brought me joy in a time of sadness where I gotten Sick. And it was a pure joy for my humble heart to actually experience what I experienced with them. I would refer them to anyone in the world actually, That’s how amazing these people are. We’re taking care of what you need. They won’t charge you extra for something you don’t need and they won’t rip you off when your struggling.

Highly Reccomend Thigpen Septic. Nobody wants to mess with septic! Thigpen makes it easy. I called them Tues evening, they were out the next day. Professional, friendly, courteous. They pumped the septic tank out really fast and were on their way. I've got them on my calendar to come back in three years and do it again. I've used other services who were surly and I felt they didn't want my business. Thicken is the opposite, great customer service. They've earned a customer for life!

Thigpen was great and very fast, was recommended by them on a Friday morning at 9:30 and by noon they were pumping out my system at an amazing cost as compared to some of the others in the area. I would highly recommend using them especially for anyone in Flower Estates subdivision.
