Think Pavers Hardscaping

I've called you a few times about getting a receipt for the $1700 cash I gave you for sidewalk blocks. It's been almost two weeks. Still no receipt. You said you would come back and fill in the dirt for the sidewalk. Two weeks later, the blocks are still a tripping point. Promises made, promises not kept. Edit: The dirt was filled in today, but still no receipt.

This business unfortunately falls short of morals or business ethics. If you are going to advertise something for sale to the general public you DO NOT waste the public’s time by having them come all the way up to view the product, then offer above asking, then sell it in house and not even have the common decency to inform them for their troubles. As the former owner of a hardscape business in Cape May county NJ this is bad business practice. No one is saying you have to sell to someone but time is valuable and should be respected. I am certain THINK PAVERS would not take kindly taking the time to give an estimate with their expertise in material costs and labor only to have one of their workers do the job on the side using THINK PAVERS years of knowledge and waste their valuable time. Great establishment, ran by amazing people as well. Very orderly and extremely realistic quotes/estimates. They always make sure to preserve as much of your property as possible during arrival and departure. Definitely recommend for anyone looking do get a patio done, drive way, walkways, pool decks, and much more.

Currently paving my street and knowingly moving on with sidewalk and driveway apron that they damaged. Project has taken weeks more than initially planned for. Would not let them pave one square foot of my personal property. Employees are extremely gracious and nice, but whoever is managing this project is knowingly moving on with poor workmanship. I will gladly rethink my opinion if they fix it like they 'claim' they will. But as of today it looks I will be stuck with crumbling concrete that will 'be the first place to fail' per one of the masons.

Extremely unprofessional. Think pavers are repaving the road outside of my apartment building. I was coming home from picking up my young son and I was sitting on the toad outside of their work area waiting for one of the workers to direct me on what to do. So the worker directs me into my driveway and another worker starts yelling and cursing and dropping F bombs on my in front of my young son. Because? I have no idea. Not nice people. The road they paved doesn't look good either. So no real reason to hire these clowns.
