Alan and his team are amazing! After having a metal roof put on, the roofing company didn't check or tell me that the hurricane straps weren't done right by the previous owner/company and wouldn't pass a wind mitigation survey. Heard about Alan and third nail from quite a few in the industry and he explained how they do things, the price and was so easy to work with. They ran into an issue and unexpectedly had to come back a second day (not their fault). Instead of trying to charge more or give me a big headache, they did it with no fuss and had my updated wind mitigation ready immediately. Wish more people ran a business like Alan!

Anyone that has lived in South Florida for a little while knows that it is difficult to find reliable, fair, and professional contractors. Third nail is exactly that. They are true professionals in every sense of the word! Alan was extremely knowledgeable and responded to all of my questions quickly.
