Third Space Design Build

Hiring Third Space to update our backyard was the best decision we have ever made with our home. The level of detail, planning and communication is what every customer desires but rarely receives when working with contractors. They are the hardest working and friendliest people you will ever work with!

I recently worked with Third Space to build a covered patio with fireplace and outdoor kitchen in my backyard, and I am so happy with the results! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship was outstanding. Caleb was incredibly communicative throughout the process, ensuring that my vision was understood and executed perfectly. The construction was completed on time as what was promised to me. The finished patio is beautiful, elegant, and exactly what I had asked for. It has truly transformed my backyard into a space where I can relax and entertain with pride. The owner, Caleb Kangas, is creative with designs that are esthetically pleasing while solving problems. The whole team is courteous, efficient, and timely. We had a great experience and are happy to serve as a reference. Also, the I general contractor working inside the home was so impressed with the work, cleanliness, courteousness, and quality that he made a point to share it with us and ask for the contact information to be able yo give to clients.

Caleb and his team were amazing from initial design all the way through completion of the project. Communication was great and everyone on the job was extremely professional. The work site was always cleaned up at the end of the day and we were kept up to date on what to expect and when.
