We're not happy with the finished product! Been over a year now. Tried to contact Byrd and previous home owner. Neither party wants to take responsibility for the pour soil used! The amount of rocks in the fill dirt is unbelievable. Nothing in the yard is level or smooth graded. Sprinkler system was post to be repaired also in the contract. Getting someone to come out to fix the top soil and get the leach field resodding as it should have been in the first place.

Throughout the entire process, my expectations were consistently exceeded by the respect, courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Byrd and his entire team. Every phase of my septic system replacement project from inspection and approvals to final site cleanup and seeding was explained and my numerous questions answered thoroughly. The staff and crew were exceptional and very responsive keeping me informed and involved in every step of a major undertaking. Our well water pressure tank fittings were leaking. We reached out. Kim was friendly and professional, took all the information, sent Tom D. out within the hour. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the pressure tank and complete fitting assembly. New parts were all adjusted and tested, ensuring proper function. While on scene he noticed a vent hose on our water heater was not properly fastened, emitting vapors into the basement. He secured the hose.
