Spoke to Omar about getting heat exchanger plugs for an emergency. Told him the tubes were 1/2 inch ID. He sent me 3/8 inch plugs. Can’t trust their service because when speaking to Omar he sounded annoyed I was even placing an order with him. On top of that sent me the wrong parts now my emergency can’t be fixed on time. Not enough care when it comes to taking customer orders. Unprofessional.
