One their drivers was driving recklessly on the highway while spraying concrete on the cars that they passed. My brand new car is now covered in concrete. While I am not a customer, I never will be now. I have already filed a claim with the company and if they do not handle the matter properly, I will consider taking legal action.

Unreliable! I'll start with this; they make their problems your problems. Two weeks ago their delivery got delayed because they had 'truck issues', after a 3 hour delay I had to call and was informed it would still be an additional 1 hour late. With an estimated concrete delivery at 4pm plus our labor time my customer was not happy so had to cancel the delivery (my crew basically got paid to wait for the concrete that day). I got no refund and no re-scheduling; once it's mixed it's mine they said. Business hours, customer timeline, overtime, or equipment rentals is your issue, not theirs. Didn't even get a half baked apology. In summary, they stole either our money or our concrete. Next, they don't pick up the phone. Get ready to try at least 3 times or if your are lucky they will retur

Tell your drivers that they need to slow down on these main streets. If he would have hit the back of my car, I would have owned your company. The ignorance is enough!!!!!
