Driver showed up late with cooked concrete. Driver locked shoot and drove into the corner of the home twice smashing the trim and downspout on the house completely. Was told where to dump extra concrete and dumped it on the neighbors property. Driver lied about damage in addition to the plant manager accusing us of lying and trying to get money from them while ignoring phone calls, we only were able to complete necessary steps in getting the home repaired after calling the dispatch office and the plant manager realizing other people within the company were finding out what was going on. After their insurance provider performed an extensive investigation it was clear they were at fault and issued payment for repairs.
