Very Rude and Unprofessional I tried to exchange a knife once and didnt even have it 20 mins. I walked to my car and realized I would rather have the other one I looked at. I walked back in and explained everything to the lady cashier at the counter told her and that I would like to exchange it. She acted like she was going to exchange it but had to get approval, so she got some guy up to the front, I guess he was the "manager" and he automatically said "No can't do it" can't exchange it. He was very rude and Unprofessional, the lady cashier told him that I was just in there less 20 mins ago. He said still can't do it and wont do exchanges. She said sorry I haven't been back since and won't give them my business ever again, but this isn't the only issue I have had with this location but

Love walking to the back at the contractors counter and they act better than you buddy you work at the Do it center

Very rude guy told my husband he needs to pay attention ! When he need to pay attention how he talks to people will never go back

Super polite staff and very helpful. Only reason there isn’t 5 stars is because they’re selling water damaged goods at full price. Went to get rock salt and the entire pallet of rock salt bags were damaged (holes in the bags) and solid as concrete. Not a show stopper by any means. Just inconvenient when loading a spreader.

A little pricey. Ladies up front are wonderful. Usually have what we need. More help than Lowe's or Home Depot.
