They expertly replaced our asphalt shingle roof and EPDM roof over the garage, and the whole experience was top-notch. After spending over 18 months remodeling my work shop I was ready to have the roof done. Of the three different estimates I got, two of them acted like they wanted to do it, one of which kept blowing me off and another wanted an extra grand because it was "such a small job" (as if that makes any sense). Tom Garbati Jr gave me a reasonable price, pieced it into an open day in his schedule, did a quality job including catering to my requests to add a few details and treated me with the same care and respect as anyone with a 4000 sq/ft house. From start to finish Professional Job. I can't say enough. They did a great job on replacing my roof and gutters. Roofers and dumpster arrived on Thurs. Gutters were done on Friday and dumpster was picked up right after gutters were completed. My property was left clean. I am very impressed by this company and the crew they employ.

What an absolutely unprofessional, inefficient, apparently arrogant owner that lacks business professionalism and etiquette! When a customer contacts you and requests a phone call back, courtesy and business professionalism require that you return a phone call. It's been greater than 72 hours. You know how they say, Things happen for a reason? Well, it apparently did, I lucked out with hiring an unprofessional, arrogant, and unreliable contractor. I guess working in medicine, and not having the ability to decide whether or not, I want to return a phone call, leaves me with an expectation that a call should be returned in a reasonable amount of time. What a SHAMEFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL RUN COMPANY!
