Thomas Quality Construction installed a new roof on my house. Every aspect of the job--scheduling the estimate, installing the roof, and follow up--was excellent. All company representatives I dealt with--Morgan Newsome in the office, Austin Martin who inspected the old roof and supplied the estimate, Lane Richmond leading the crew who installed the new roof, and Matt Thomas who followed up on the job--were knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. I was especially impressed with Lane Richmond, the field operations manager. He was prompt and a great crew leader. Lane explained very clearly what they were doing every step of the way. The whole crew did excellent work, and it was clear Lane took great pride in doing the best job possible. I highly recommend Thomas Quality Construction.

Thomas Quality Construction put my new roof on in a single day. I had a bad metal roof that was installed by another company and Thomas Quality Construction came out and took off the old roof and installed the new one in one single day. Man, those guys work hard and continuous. The entire crew was super professional and cleaned up the entire work area when they left. The owners of the company came out the next day to check to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Extremely happy with this company because they got everything perfect. Thomas Quality Construction did a fantastic job repairing our roof in March 2022. Austin was very professional and gave us a quote for the work and an accurate idea of what we would encounter with the insurance company pertaining to our metal roof. Austin provided photos of the damage to our roof and chimney for us to share with the insurance company. The repair work was done in a timely manner and with a professional and courteous team. I appreciated Austin arriving on site to confirm the repairs required and keep me informed of the work being done. This included an entire rebuild of the chimney and part of the roof as the damage was significant. Additional workers were brought in to ensure the work was completed before rain expected later in the week. We are pleased with the result
