Thomas Tree & Landscape

I called three tree companies after a large and small tree fell in my front yard after a massive wind storm and Thomas Tree was the only company to respond quickly and addressed the tree work needing to be done. The owner and the office manager also were very responsive to my needs and communicated in healthy ways. I would recommend them for any tree work.

I have an estimate/contract from 3/14/2022. Told me it would be 2 months before he could get to us. Well, after several phone calls and speaking with a secretary many times who didn't know the schedule, I would talk to Danny on occasion. He had every excuse in the book as to why he couldn't come do this job. He normally has 12 men, only has 5, then they all had poison ivy, etc. Very frustrating giving a company I have used in the past the benefit of the doubt. Now, October 2022, I gave them one final chance, again, no response. Of course, they contacted me in May wanting to spray my trees again for winter months. Why would I do that when I have been waiting 2 months for the tree work? Poo0r excuse of a tree and landscape company. Find someone else.

I'm going to go out on a limb here, no pun intended. Thomas Tree is arguably and in-part directly responsible for allowing power to be restored on Ocean Dr in Dennisport in the aftermath of Summer 2019 tornado. They worked to fell many trees, cleared away branches and cleaned-up an epic mess to no less than three or four properties on the street. Their efforts allowed Eversource to reconnect downed lines one day after disaster. These guys have my praise and admiration! I thank the owner and his entire crew for rising to the occasion of a natural disaster and going way beyond expectations. P.S. I am a renter of a vacation home affected and in my opinion, they saved the day! Many thanks to the Utilities too! I'm pretty sure Mr Thomas won't mind I also mention them in his post.

Awesome work. Removed trees from difficult areas with no collateral damage. When he was done it looked like he was never there. The crew was amazingly quick, careful with our property and professional. There is no better tree service!

Everyone I’ve had contact with at Thomas has been friendly, professional, honest and responsive. Their rates are very competitive, they do the work well and when they say they will. I’ve had excellent service from them.
