Professional Services, Friendly and extremely helpful staff!! They were knowledgeable and patient and really listened to what we were looking for in a home.

We bought some stepping stones from them and when we got them home and looked at what had been loaded into our trunk, they were literally unusable. When we called Thompson to make it right as we were on a tight timeframe with our turf project, they refused to assist us. Not only did they refuse to assist us, but they up charged us four times on the standard delivery charge to have them returned. Buyer beware their customer service is horrible and they do not stand by their products!

We had a 6th grade school project and needed 40 lbs. of rocks of a certain size. When going to pay, the manager said "is this for the school project? You can just take it for free." Nice and helpful staff! Thank you guys!

Excellent selection of stone, as well as outdoor kitchen and patio elements. The way they have the stone on display also gives a better opportunity to envision how it will look in your home. The staff I worked with were professional and knew the answers to any of the questions I had.
