Great window, great installation, great all around, no complaints! Tim McKenna was a great and informative salesman. Kelvin Rodriguez was very informative and helped fix some initial quote mix ups quickly and in my favor. The installation crew was great, fast, punctual, and cleaned up after they were done. Did a walk through making sure I knew how to use the windows and even tested them too. Thanks!

Fantastic experience from initial sales call through installation. Thompson Creek's communication and professionalism were top-notch and made us feel very comfortable about our choice to go with them. This was a major investment and we are thrilled with the results. The project manager came by during the install and we noticed a scratch in the glass (from the manufacturer). He called it in immediately and let us know a replacement glass would be installed in a couple of weeks. That's great customer service in my book. The installers did an excellent job and left the site as clean as it was before they started. We would highly recommend Thompson Creek for this kind of work.

Sean and Nick were both amazing! They came out different times and every time, they answered questions, explained what to expect, were not rushed and did not rush us, and were always on time. These guys know what they're doing and are so knowledgeable. I am looking forward to April and will come back then and post before and after pictures. We had two windows replaced. A small slider bathroom window (with another slider), and our picture frame window, in our living room. WE LOVE IT! The crew was on time, worked so hard, cleaned up everything and were so polite! Sent me a mailer yesterday saying I could get a gift card for a quote. I was genuinely interested. I called the number on the mailer and the local line but both led me to someone saying there is no longer a Raleigh office. Weird to leave your Google account active with hours and advertise after closing.

Chuck Blessing was our Thompson Creek representative and he did a great job. He presented the Thompson Creek story and showed us the many advantages of their products. We went from skeptics to customers under Chuck’s guidance and will soon have all new windows in our house. I will update when the work is all finished. Today our project manager, Kelvin Rodriguez, measured us up for our windows. He is terrific. Thompson Creek Windows is making a great impression on us so far.
