Sean was amazing. On time, friendly, collaborative, and professional and he took the time to explain what he was doing. He did some panel work, some troubleshooting in our kitchen, and then installed new outlets in our garage and a receptacle outside the garage for a security camera. We're very satisfied with Thompson Electrical and will use them again for our electrical needs.

Absolutely one of the worst experience I've ever had dealt with for any service. I called them on Wednesday to schedule an appointment on Friday from 11am to 2 pm for an electrician to come repair couple light fixtures in one of my properties, the reason I went with them was because they can do it on Friday, the others I called all have to be on Monday of the following week. I was told the service charge is $99 and the repair is extra, which is fine because that's pretty standard for any certified electricians. Then on Friday morning at 10am I got a call from them to ask about the work description. Apparently instead of "repair" they put down "install" and the guy on the phone told me that's not something he can do. So I called the office and long story short, after multiple calls, this i
