Cody and all workers were amazing. They are really nice and very knowledgeable on HVAC systems. They worked very hard in the two days they were at my house. They installed two heaters and two air conditioning units. They also had to deal with other issues from previous units that were installed. They replaced and fix all wiring, other issues and cleaned up after themselves. The thermostats they also installed were easy to link to the app ecobee and hook up on the WiFi. Thompson and heating is amazing all around company to work with. I would recommend this company and wish I could have given them more than a 5 star rating

My HVAC unit needed to be looked at after an unexpected compressor shutting down on me. This on a Sunday, and Monday morning contact made and schedule had a tech arrive a couple hours later. Absolutely reliable! Glad these guys are here. Courteous and professional, and a thorough job done. Also had a walk through and quote accomplished with total replacement hopes in the near future. I’m very happy with my experience with Thompson Heating & Cooling. Their technician, Adian was very professinal and explained all the options and I appreciated his advise. I would highly reccomend this company for your HVAC needs. As summer approached the air handler decided to just blow hot air. Josh Harmon came out and we discovered the compressor had frozen up. It was time for a new system. Cody Buckley came out and did a load calculation and we found a 2 ton unit that would do the job. A week later, after ordering the parts Anthony and his brother Ryan came over and installed the new Bosch heat pump. I’m now relaxing and enjoying a very comfortable house. I hired Thompson Heating & Cooling for my HVAC, which he installed 3 years ago, because it was not reaching the set temperature. Over two service visits with the same technician, I paid $300 for diagnostics, but the HVAC remains non-functional for over a week. The technician misdiagnosed the problem as incorrect wiring on the first visit on the second visit he claimed the breaker was bad and attempted to charge nearly $300 for a $20 part. I had someone else replace the breaker, but the system still does not work. Despite repeated calls and requests to speak with the owner, the company has refused to guarantee any work, provide a no-charge resolution, or come to an agreement. The Technician who came to my house was super polite and diagnosed the problem immediately. He fixed the problem and helped me by changing the filter in my Furnace. Good and on time service call at my house.
