We had an amazing experience!! They were efficient and kind. Our heat broke in the middle of a cold front (eek) and they were able to work to replace our whole system quickly! Shawn and Tony were the best (my dog agreed with that). Highly recommend!

Kevin was pleasant, efficient, determined to correct our furnace issue (which was challenging). He came back a second time to make an adjustment when I called the very next day after he installed a new switch. I feel he was knowledgeable in the HVAC industry, and I would be pleased to have Thompson Hovan's services again.

I’m so excited there aren’t enough rating stars! I’m going to have to summarize my experience. I was introduced to Thompson Hovan’s Heating and Cooling through a home warranty claim. Just when I thought the light was completely burned out with a pending claim for over a month, I was very WRONG!!!! I was notified that a Technician would be out quickly (within 24 hours) and I felt anxious and excited all at the same time. Kevin not only showed up very professionally but he did the darn thing. He was compassionate and empathetic because this has been a long process and he insured me I would have answers before he left. He took his time and checked EVERY SINGLE COMPONENT of my AC to ensure there would be no issues with the Warranty Company! Before Kevin left I had an email from the Warranty co
