Thanks to Russ Thompson and Thompson British Car I’m driving my 1956 Austin-Healey with confidence. I bought this car recently. I knew it had a few issues. I also knew there may be issues that I didn’t know about. Russ has an excellent reputation in the Austin-Healey community. He is well-known for his expertise and skill regarding these cars, and for charging reasonable fees. So I took my Healey to Thompson British Car. I wanted Russ to fix a few specific things, and I wanted him to check the car for any other repairs or refinements that it may need. Russ fixed everything that I wanted him to fix (and that is fixable) on my car. He let me know that one issue I mentioned to him is simply a design flaw with the car.
