We absolutely love our pool built by Thompson Pools! It is the oasis we dreamed of. Every person who worked on our job was respectful and a pleasure to work with. We have a high quality product with lots of features and upgrades. They walked us through all the options and hit the mark on delivery! They were honest and upfront about possibilities. It did take longer to complete than initially thought, due to supply chain issues beyond control. There was a lack of communication early on as we waited for our dig day (contract signed in Feb, dig day in May, completion in August) but all was worth the wait in the end. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and our pool is beyond spectacular!! Be patient and understanding and you can have an honest builder provide an amazing pool!

GREAT! Service, professionalism, and great customer service. Recently after Hurricane Debby we had several issues with our pool. After calling and talking with Sharon, Thompson's Pools were able to come by and address all our issues. We have been very happy with Thompson's since the first day! EXCELLENT Company. I called several places to get a new liner replacement. No one recommended them to me, but wow, have I been impressed. Their prices were great and as quoted. Their team did an incredible job and in a timely manner. This is my first time owning a pool and they have gone above and me beyond to answer every question that I have. They are a reliable company that does NOT try and nickel and dime you or sell you things that you do not need. I HIGHLY recommend Thomson Pool Company.

Was very upfront about start time, and basically nailed start time as well as completion time. Most importantly, they got me in just in time for the 4th of July! I went on reputation only (didn't shop around at all) and wasn't disappointed. My pool turned out exactly as discussed and is a great looking pool. We are very pleased with Mr. Pat and his team!
