I called TNT for my HVAC after having an experience with another company for my plumbing. I wish I had called them first. My tech’s name was Sean or Shawn! He was very informative fixed my simple problem and fur two days now things are going well with my system and it didn’t cost me a fortune. I will sign that contract for annual maintenance and service. Maintaining your home should not break you and TNT makes it affordable!

Nigel (Lead Electrician) and Lance Jr. Provided excellent service. Very professional, on-time, looked at the 32 ft tall ceiling, assembled scaffolding and got the job done perfectly! We recommend Thompson and Thompson and will be using them in the future for home services!

14Oct 2025(1 star Review) -Called for my master bathroom to be fixed less than 60 days ago. Went and bought two toilets at Lowe’s the ones they recommended to me to get. I was talked into a year membership $300 so the fee that day would be taken care of plus additional add ons for HVAC, electrical and plumbing, seemed like a good thing. The technician talked me into going ahead and replacing my guest bathroom toilet too, as it was same age as my master bathroom even though it did not have any on going issue at the time and they gave us a deal for it. Technician did not caulk around the toilets as he said you would not be able to see leaks and the toilet is tight enough so don’t need it.Less than 60 days later calling them back for a loose toilet in the guest bathroom. My experience was with an electrician. Craig installed a new light fixture. He was very nice and professional. The work was done in reasonable time. I will recommend these guys to anyone.

Hunter and Kream are the A-Team!!! Would leave 10 stars if possible. Extremely professional, knowledgable and hard working. Replaced multiple runs of duct work in an extremely tight attic space. Very responsive and kept me informed at every stage of the process. Highly recommend for any AC work.
