Thompson's Air Conditioning

Thompson's is awesome. I have the maintenance program and when they come to check, all are very thorough and knowledgeable. When I have had an issue in between, they were "spot on" to arrive. Yesterday Tech Brian was here and how great he is & amazingly thorough and helpful, along with being kind. Great Company. Also, our grandson worked for them at one time and said the Company is good to employees. Thank you

After giving this business over $20,000 worth of work (paid for!) they sent a sheriff to deliver a summons to court for an unpaid service bill for $185 delivered in front of my son and my neighbors. They never sent a paper bill and refuse to update my email address in their system. My credit score is 837 and I don't ever miss a bill payment. The problem is clearly the delivery of the invoice. We were not home when the service was performed (less than 60 days ago in September) and I thought it was included in our warranty (10 year service labor warranty purchased for $800) as it is a new $11,000 system that Thompson Air installed froze up. Our AC went out Thursday evening. We left a message with their answering service that night, and first thing Friday morning they called us. Rayon showed up before 9 AM and got right to work. He tested the system and determined which parts had failed us. He made a quick trip to get the new parts, came right back and had our home cooling down by 11AM! Rayon was friendly & professional, and great with our pesky dogs. We appreciated Jamie in the office. She answered our questions and explained that the entire service call was covered under our warranty plan. So glad we chose Thompson's. A reliable, local service provider seems to be such a lucky find these days. 5 stars... highly recommend!

Nobody wants their AC to go out, especially on a 2 year old new house, but parts sometimes fail. I called Thompson who did my initial install and they came out within 3 hours. They didn’t have the part (new motor) but obtained it and returned first visit the next morning. The lady whom I spoke to was very polite and kept me updated with calls, texts and emails. Ray the technician was very polite, very thorough and did a great job. Highly recommended.
