We had an emergency backup over the weekend and had a plumber come out to advise and they said our tank is full and needs to be pumped. I called Thompson on Monday morning told them the issue and they said they would reach out to the owner and let me know. I got a call back in 4 minutes!!! That never happens these days, and they said they would get there this afternoon or the next morning. I got a call from the owner around 4:00 pm advising he would be over to come check everything out. He arrived 15 minutes later checked everything advised the tank wasn’t full and told me the exact problem that was occurring. John is very honest, reliable and punctual. I have been a very satisfied customer for over twenty years. We used Thompson's sewer service this year to have our septic tank serviced. John was able to find the septic tank cover with extreme accuracy and left our front lawn looking as good as it was before he even started digging. I wish I had enough superlatives to describe how amazing John has been. I bought a home 6 months ago that he has always serviced. He has gone well above and beyond anything I could imagine or expect! He’s very responsive, yet never made me feel as though I was bothering him, professional, yet friendly and personable, knowledgeable, and I can not begin to explain how helpful! I just had my septic tank pumped by Thompson's. They found the tank cover right away (we only had a vague idea of where it was), and were fast, efficient, friendly, and resonably priced. They also gave good advice about maintaining the system. I will definitely be using them again.

I called an scheduled to have my septic tank pumped. They showed up on time and were very pleasant to work with. They did a great job in keeping the area clean (put down tarp and replaced the dirt cap with little sign of activity). They quickly and fully emptied the tank. While the job was progressing the owner gave me tips on how to maintain the system in top working order between service visits. I highly recommend them!
