I called to ask for a quote for soil testing and was told "no thanks" ? Shocking.

Excellent company, polite, great value for a great price. All the other companies in my area didn’t even care to call me back after I called and left messages. Thompson not only called me but they kept contact and gave me prompt service.

We called Thompson's for a second opinion when we felt uneasy about what another company was saying regarding our septic. Thompson's came out and found the actual issue and gave honest feedback. As a female, I never felt dumb asking questions (and I ask a ton) and thanks to Phil and Jerry spending the time to explain how a system works I feel confident in their work and appreciate them taking the time explaining to me how the system works. We will continue to use them for any septic issues! Knock on wood, Hopefully nothing again besides pumping but they will be our go to!

Outstanding service and knowledge, if you have an old septic system i wouldnt call anyone else ever again. Thompson worked with me and fixed my septic issue promptly and at a more than fair price.
