Thompson’s Sprinkler Repair and Installation

I called Thompson after 2 weeks of being put off by one very reputable local sprinkler business and another 2 weeks of no response from another business. I called and they actually ANSWERED THE PHONE, gave me a time that day that they could look at my sprinkler system, showed up on time and fixed the issue with a fair price. I would highly recommend them. Friendly, competent personnel. I found out later that my neighbor across the street uses them and has nothing but good things to say about the company. I wish I had talked to him sooner!

We had a Sprinkler main break that caused us to shut off the main water to the house. Thompson Sprinkler came highly recommended. They showed up in under an hour and fixed the sprinklers so that we were able to turn the water back on.. The two gentleman that showed up were very kind and professional.. They earned a five star review in my book.

Wow, last thing I heard from the “owners’ son” was “Why you gotta be a prick”. This was caused by my note/memo I left on the check as I was displeased with the entire interaction. I called Thompson’s sprinkler repair on Oct 9th due to extremely wet and soggy ground. They sent out some folks to fix the problem. Fast forward two weeks to October 22nd when I had to call Thompson’s back due to the problem still being unresolved. Nothing had changed in the appearance of the contested area. It had not gotten worse, nor had it dried up. Thinking back, I remembered the tech that came out on the 9th stated I had a year warranty, so called them back up to fix the problem I originally called them for. Came before stated time, Checked every sprinkler head, fixed broken pipe, and cleaned up their mess. Extremely professional. Would recommend highly.

Thompson Sprinkler did a great job on our system. The sprinklers work great! The new valves they installed are great! They even did a repair that wasn’t in the original scope. Great team, great craftsmanship! I would highly recommend for any sprinkler work you may need.
