Thompsons's Well pump and drilling

Mr Thompson stop at my property to inspect my well pump , he charged me $ 150 for the service call that only took him 5 minutes to figure it out what was wrong with it and told me he will reach to me the next day to give me a quote to install a new pump ,,,, the next day , I tried to called him , but he never returned my phone calls , he just ripped me off with the $ 150 service call and never returned to replaced my well pump.. don’t trust these guys

Wayne and his daughter, Amber, did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing the problem with our well. The price was fair and honest, and the work solid. He put my neighbor's well in some years back, so always good to find a company that is highly recommended! We had a great experience with Thompson Well Company and will definitely call them again.

Mr.Thompson is a very nice and knowledgeable man! Very honest and upfront with timing, pricing etc. does great work, gettin him on the phone can be a little bit of a challenge, but that’s due to the fact he stays so busy. He does try to call back in a timely manner. We are highly satisfied with his service!

Multiple calls and several promises to come by for a service call but all were no shows.

These guys didn't check their work very good. They replaced a component of the pump but didn't check the water line. They had already left when I noticed the spray of water from the busted, old hose. When I contacted them, he said I could get a hose at.....so in other words, he wasn't coming back. How can a person work on water problems and not check for leaks?
