We appreciated Thomson concrete coming out and working to get our concrete poured after their long hours and working since 12am on an another job site. However, Gloria needs to adjust her attitude when speaking with customers. We made sure that our crew that we hired had the boards formed and ready for concrete by 10am. That was also the agreed upon arrival time for Thomson concrete to come in and start pouring. For future customers, please make sure you speak to them with a little more kindness, and a little less condescension.
