Once again, as has been true over a number of years, I have been a grateful and rewarded customer of Thonus North Plumbing. Their dedication and expertise have been unique in the quality of their work and their commitment to their clients' well-being and comfort. As a relatively new widow, the extra efforts that they have provided have given me a peace of mind that I couldn't have expected. My home is safe under their care. They solve problems without imposing new expenses. They are prompt, efficient and always available to talk and plan ahead. Thank you to Michael and his wonderful staff.

Recently had some issues w/ my HVAC and the heat not being consistent. I called Thonus North and they were onsite AND on time in under 2 days. Their technician, Cam, was a rock star and found that my condensation trap was clogged and jet burners had a ton of carbon buildup. HIGHLY recommend Thonus North - there's zero reason to use someone else.

We recently had a team member of Thonus North Plumbing, Harwich, install a new chair height toilet in our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the service! Cameron arrived exactly when scheduled, was incredibly professional and courteous, and got the job done efficiently and cleanly. He even laid down drop cloths to protect our flooring, which we really appreciated. The new toilet is working perfectly, and there wasn't a single mess left behind. He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions patiently. We would highly recommend Thonus North Plumbing for any plumbing needs and will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Working with Mike was a great experience! He was professional, available on short notice, and, most importantly, incredibly honest and easy to work with. It's rare to find someone so genuine and kind these days. Highly recommend Mike for anyone needing plumbing services!

Called Mike on Thursday as we had no hot water. Soonest available repair scheduled was Monday! Mike called and fit us in Friday afternoon. Cameron and Dylan repaired within 2 hrs with detailed explanation of complete repair. Very personable guys. Have trusted Thonus North with original owner, Len, since 2009...and continue with Mike and crew. I wont look elsewhere.
