Thornton Ace Hardware

Great store, they usually have what I need. Most all the staff is great, I alway get help when I need it. The problem is checking out, some of the girls are very defensive. I will mention one in particular (pink hair). I have nothing to do with whatever past injustices she may have.

As always Ace Hardware is the best place to go for anything Hardware related or having keys cut .....John is the best went completly out of his way to help me when he didnt have to keep up the good work Ace

I had needed help with a car key and was close to this location so I called. John answered and said he could help I came into the store and John took care of the problem without any issues with the car key. I had originally tried the location at 104th and Federal they were no help whatsoever. I will drive out of my way for anything I need to come back to this location with employees like John that give outstanding customer service

I've lived across the street from this Ace Hardware for almost four years and every now and then I have to go in there to get something and it's like the staff just thinks I'm stupid or something for needing to get a key cut or I need some light bulbs or something. It seems like the staff likes to talk to their employees as if they're just unintelligent people for needing things and are easily bothered by the fact that you ask them where something is. I honestly don't understand how this store is still open. I'd rather drive up down to 104th and just go to Home Depot rather than just walk directly across the street anymore. The employees here are extremely rude as well. I won't be going back here

Everyone should visit the Ace Hardware store at 120th and Colorado, Mission Trace, to take care of replacing or reprogramming their car keys. Incredibly helpful staff, knowledgeable, and the price is reasonable. They had my keys ready to go, programmed, in 15 minutes! Special shout out to Noah for his excellent work!
