The guys who installed our carpet were the best! We absolutely loved talking with them and they were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed touring the sales floor and picking out our carpet and appreciated all the samples we were able to take home. I only give four stars because our sales person was very hard to get ahold of and did not give us much communication throughout the process. We reached out several times before we would get a response.

Our salesman James was very helpful and prompt. The installer Lee was very professional and did a great job installing our vinyl plank. I would highly recommend Thornton’s and their installers.

We chose Thornton flooring after a fantastic initial visit with Lauryn who spent time walking us through all of our options and pricing out our choices. We never felt pressured to spend more or to go with something other than what we wanted. We brought our little boy with us and Lauryn was so patient with him as well. Upon installation we learned our padding had sold out, so Thornton worked with us to get a comparable pad. We were also pushed back one day, but our hardwood floor got put in on that first day. Thornton instantly worked out another carpeting team to come install on the very next day and the team did amazing work and had the whole basement done in one day! There are always things that go wrong and somewhere along the way our garage freezer had been unplugged and never plugged
