Thornton Services Inc

I had a partial heat loss in my home and called Thornton Services, Inc. Their response time was outstanding. They were on site in under four hours. Kathy personally responded and got me scheduled quickly, which I really appreciated. PJ was the kind of technician you hope you get: courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to explain what he was seeing as he worked. He pinpointed the problem, restored heat, and then gave me practical guidance on how to test for similar issues in the future so I’m not guessing next time. From scheduling to the completed repair, everything was handled efficiently and very professionally.

I will truly say from my heart that Thornton provided me with exceptional services I never thought that In this lifetime again I would see dedicated and loyal hard workers who genuinely cared about the job I had a complicated system ,They did not leave me getting me all the help I needed I didn’t realize it was so nosy outside my new system is pure peace Clean neat new install quick It’s been the coldest this I cried tears of joy Humanity does exist!!!Thank You Thornton God Bless each of the employees Aaron Bless You !!!!!!!!

I got fantastic service. PJ and Caleb were very professional and courteous. They even put booties before entering my home. They are great! Tomorrow I will be able to take a shower!

Service the way it should be 👍. called yesterday spoke to Rita in the office. She was very friendly & got me on. Schedule asap Tech Pj arrived at 8.00 as scheduled asked about my problem then went right to work did a little diag , did a double check then explained the problem then. we talked. About our options ,very happy with service Pj very polite and professional great job Pj. Thanks again

Thornton was very good to work with from the initial call to the final repair. All the people were friendly and easy to talk to. The technician was extremely good and very helpful with explaining everything.
