Thrasher Foundation Repair

The 1st crew (Will, Xavier, & Javier) installed helical piers to lift a cracked & sinking front porch, along w/installing anchors to pull/level a caving foundation wall. They were timely, friendly, informative, organized, professional, efficient, & hard working! What a great feeling to walk out into a level porch & know I can water the landscape without continued sinking! Anchors on another wall were installed by a different Wichita crew (Trey, Xavier, & Jace), who did a fantastic job, despite several unavoidable obstacles! They worked/dug carefully around ac unit, vent pipes, water lines, electrical lines, septic system, propane lines, & a deck! They were again extremely respectful, knowledgeable, professional, hard workers, & went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me, rather than reschedule a

Thrasher did a fantastic job on my foundation repair! Rolando and the guys were so nice and kept me involved throughout the process. There was minimal disruption the 2 days they were here, and they were very respectful of my home and property. I am also extremely happy with my new gutter guards and downspout relocations. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and my home is secure. I will definitely call them in the future if needed!

Basement transformation! Blayke and his crew did an amazing job. They were all very professional and courteous. They took time to explain everything they were doing and how it all worked. I'm very excited to see how well the waterproofing system works! I would 100% recommend Trasher and Blayke if you want the best work possible!

Blayke & Will did amazing work and made sure they walked us through everything afterwards. I received updates as they worked through the project. They are meticulous and thorough in their work, and went above and beyond to leave the worksite clean and presentable. Thank you again.

Expensive, but we kind of expected that. The work itself is fine and looks good. The project took longer than expected; communication was not good and we had to check in repeatedly to find out what was going on, and our water lines were blocked, so we'll have to pay someone to come in and fix that. RE comment below: I have tried both calling and emailing. I was told that I'd receive a phone call about my concerns "soon." That was three days ago. Update: After calling and emailing, we finally got a response. The company apologized for dropping the ball repeatedly and sent someone to come talk to us in person and see what they could do to make it right. I appreciate the effort.
