UPDATE** Currently still waiting for them to fix their mistake from when they finished the shower install on July 9/10th. They only responded after I wrote this review, someone came to look and said it would be a “simple fix”, he came over, took pictures of my floor and said they would replace that section, and fixed the door jam things on my shower door (which still doesn’t fix the problem),that was August 4th, 2025. We’ve even tried to negotiate with them about not needing to fix the floor, and just fix the door that will not stay closed and we have not heard from them since. Communication with them is like pulling teeth. The last communication I had with them was October 3, 2025 in which they just never replied back. Their remodeling specialist, Tina, represents her company well. She is professional, knowledgeable and personable when presenting the Three Brothers services. We appreciated her guidance on bath and window remodeling projects we're considering. She made time to answer all of our questions during the consult, providing very clear information about the project scope, which helped a great deal in our decision making.

James Tinsley was amazing to work with and get a great estimate for new siding and windows for our home. He is definitely very knowledgeable and knows exactly what’s he’s talking about, I could not recommend him enough
