Three Rivers

We recently had the privilege of getting our HVAC system replaced by Three Rivers. Their bid was fair. Everything is expensive these days. :) Their craftsmanship, integrity, excellence exceeded our expectations in every way. The team of three guys who came out to do the work were exceptional. They explained each thing they were doing as they went through the day. They showed great care for our home and cleaned up beautifully at the end of the day. They arrived on time and worked until the sun had gone down. They had even prepared for that by bringing a spotlight to finish the AC outside in the dark. Very respectful and courteous. We didn't really want to see them go. They are welcome to stop by for a cup of tea anytime.:)

First contact on the phone. A very pleasant and helpful man answered and helped me. Jacob was at our home in an hour. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. We were charged exactly what we were quoted over the phone to replace our thermostat. We will definitely be using Three Rivers for our future HVAC needs. Thank You!!!!

My experience with this company is mixed. They damaged things in my house including the attic access where unit was installed. They sent someone to fix the damage after i posted my review. Communication and reliability is mixed also. they left a ladder post inspection for 3 days up in the attic of main bathroom. I had to complain to company to get in taken out. My inspection with city failed, I'm hoping next one passes. I am disappointed in my choice to hire this company.

From the first phone call to the completion of our new HVAC system it has been a positive experience. Jacob Jordon arrived on time and we explained we were looking to replace our 28+ year old system. He did a thorough walk through of the outside units, the attic, and interior. He explained all that they would be doing from start to finish. Jacob is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I cannot recommend this service enough! We got home to a house that was 89 degrees inside. Our AC had stopped working while we were away. I called Jacob on Sunday afternoon. He fit me in the following morning. He showed up and fixed the AC in 15 minutes. Not only was the service fast and great, Jacob was an awesome, friendly guy. You never know whether you’re going to get ripped off when you’re calling an AC person, and I can unequivocally say these people are as honest as can be. If your AC is struggling, call them!
