Hands down the best HVAC company. Kevin & Steve are great people. They’re not trying to overcharge you like a lot of other companies and they explain everything from A to Z. I highly recommend this company.

My a/c unit was not cooling. I called yesterday morning and Kevin came at 2pm and found out the thermostat was not working. He said he might be able to fix it but I opted to replace it becuase I wanted a programmable thermostat. I am so pleased with the service and the new thermostat.

Based on a recommendation, and due to my installation/maintenance package expiring with another company, I contacted Kevin Lanouette, the owner/technician of Thresher Cooling. Kevin arrived at the scheduled time after first contacting us that he was on his way. We found Kevin to be cordial, neat and highly professional in performing the maintenance check required for our six year old a/c units and even picked-up on a missing o-ring that had been missing from our last maintenance check. This is an extremely competent person in his field that conducts business the way it should be run. I would highly recommend Kevin and Thresher Cooling for all your air conditioning or heating needs.
