Ti-Con Roofing

The estimate for replacement of our roof using USGS photo data updated every 6 months was done quickly and emailed to me within one day. After reviewing the estimate I contacted Mr. Human, the owner, who answered all my questions. When we agreed to having Ti-Con replace our roof Mr. Human came out to the house to get the deposit check and schedule the roof replacement. Our roof was completely replaced, old shingles, drip edge, & weatherproof barrier removed from the roof, new peel-and-stick, drip edge, and shingles installed on the roof in 3 days. Tarps were placed on the ground every morning and picked up every night. All debris, old shingles, and backing for the peel and stick was picked up every night and all areas were checked for debris that missed the tarps or trailer used to catch

Don Human is the Contractor for this company, and I have been extremely impressed and pleased with all work and workers that have made my home a more beautiful place to live! All of his crews have been respectful of my property, answered all my questions, and explained all steps to me fully. I highly recommend Ti-Con Construction for all of your home needs. Great experience. Contacted Don about replacing a roof on a doublewide that needed a lot of work, he said no problem and within 8 days the crew was on site as promised. They worked diligently for a day and a half, stripped the old shingles, replaced all the bad wood before putting new shingles on. Also did an attached back porch. Albert the foreman easy to work with and did everything he said he would. Cleanup was great. Would definitely recommend for any roofing needs.

I just had a shop built by Ti-Con and couldn't be more pleased with not only the quality of work but the continuous contact they had with me during the entire process. The guys knew I had a tight timeline and they were able to finish it ahead of schedule. They also went above and beyond helping me with some permitting issues I was having.
