They have the contract for the City of Rochester and in removing one square of sidewalk on my property they damaged the one next to it. They decided to finish everybody else on my block and leave my sidewalk, torn up and unusable not to mention the rut marks they left all over in the grass. When you talk to somebody on their crew, nobody knows when they might get it done. Totally unacceptable and leave it to the City of Rochester to take the lowest possible bid and hire the worst company even though we pay outrageous taxes. I have never seen a company that bounces around and doesn’t finish their work the way this company does. The entire neighborhood looks like shit!

Appreciate Jackson working from Great Falls MT for stopping on the side of the highway to help us change our tire in 90 degree weather. Way to above and beyond!

If I could rate this company with a negative number I would. Surley employees, no on site manager, damage and careless damage to the boulevard tree and would only repeat "call the city."

This contractor lies and cheats. They've been working in my neighborhood and broke two of the underground water sprinklers. After now five attempts and requests to tell them they needed to fix these and raise them so they were above ground; I was assured each time "we always take care of that." Liars, cheats. Both sprinklers need extensions to work above ground level. After Clint, Jimmy (foreman), and Jim (Headquarters) gave absolute assurances "we always fix these" and that they would be extended as promised. Today I check and see they've been buried. Lazy, sloppy, cheats. Do not hire this contractor.... Home owner, Plano, TX.

You guys are horrible. Close your doors!! You guys have no idea how to do construction correctly!!!! I repeat close your doors and flush your keys down the toilet! You guys are just making every mad at this point
